Integrated Energy Therapy (IET)
An integrated approach focusing on personal empowerment and clearing energetic blockages, which allows for healing the pain of past trauma, supporting the self-healing journey, and assisting in dis-ease prevention.
Craniosacral Therapy (CST)
A gentle hands-on technique that uses a light touch along the head, spine, and/or sacrum to examine membranes and movement of the fluids in and around the central nervous system. Promotes a feeling of well-being by relieving tension, eliminating pain, boosting immunity, and enhancing overall health.
Light Language

Choosing a Session
With so many interesting approaches to Energetic Therapy, it can be hard to choose just one or know which may be most suitable. Not to worry - our certified practitioner would be happy to help you narrow it down or combine services during your session! As such, we encourage booking a “Combination Therapy Session.” This allows both the practitioner and the client to go into the session with an open mind, offering the space to discuss which approach(es) may be most optimal on the day of the session.
About Our Practitioner
Our talented energetic practitioner, Bonnie, has been in the spiritual field for over 20 years. She first entered this branch of natural healing to help her family and, from there, her intrigue and calling expanded into assisting others and teaching energy work to students (as she is a Reiki Master and Energetic Coach). Her favourite thing about this practice is the peace people feel after their session!
In her spare time, Bonnie enjoys going for walks and making crystal bracelets that she infuses with angel and reiki energy, which can be found in-store.
To date, Bonnie continues to grow and hone her craft; she is ever-evolving and loves to expand her knowledge, awareness, and service listing to further aid clients. For more information on her unique techniques, see below!
